Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by Participant
More than 15 days before tour: full refund minus processing fee.
7–15 days before tour: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.
2. Cancellation by Passenger and Peaks
If the company cancels due to weather, natural calamity, or safety concerns: full refund or reschedule.
3. Partial Participation / Early Exit
No refund for participants leaving mid-tour due to personal reasons.
4. Payment Method
Refunds will be processed via the same method used for booking.
